Loose Hanging Neck Strap

The Loose Hanging Neck Strap is made up in the same way as restraints but no velcro, it has instead a "D" Shackle at either end and a further "D" Shackle approx third of the way up.

The top "D"to attach to the neck strap, bottom "D" to attach to the belt or whatever else you might wish to attach it to

and the other "D" is for your wrists or wrist or to one of the poles.

All connected by the use of trigger hooks. 

The whole kit is completley inter-changeable.
